1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase for most items. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Products that are damaged, opened, or used may not be eligible for a refund, unless defective.

2. Non-returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened beauty products, personal care items, or gift cards.

3. How to Request a Refund
